Dynamic and detail-oriented professional with experience in both hospitality and administration. Skilled as a Server/Waitress, providing excellent customer service, handling orders, serving food and beverages and assisting with events to ensure a smooth dining experience. Strong background as a Commercial Clerk/Administrative Specialist, with expertise in office administration, customer and supplier communication, accounting support and human resources tasks. Additionally, experienced as a CAD Draftman, creating technical construction plans and performing structural analyses. Highly organized, adaptable and efficient in fast-paced environments, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
My main tasks:
Creating technical construction plans with a CAD program for our construction sites. Calculating the structural analysis for components such as subway tunnels, bridges and buildings. Most of the work on the construction sites involved reinforced concrete, which I was able to see during my construction site internship. I spent several weeks with the workers on the construction site and was also allowed to work independently.
My tasks here included drawing floor plans with a CAD program for new houses or construction projects. This requires a great deal of technical knowledge, such as understanding which walls are load-bearing and non-load-bearing, using hatching for different materials, and correctly labeling windows and doors.Creating a floor plan was crucial for the subsequent processes involved in producing precast concrete components, also known as concrete prefabricated elements. These components are designed by us, adapted to the houses floor plan, reinforced with steel, and then manufactured and delivered to the respective construction site.
As a mechatronics technician in training, you learn how to operate a wide variety of machines, such as lathes and milling machines, welding machines or even how to create an electronic circuit. Technical drawing was also one of our program lessons. In addition to our physical work, we were also given theoretical courses on the above-mentioned tasks.
