- Developed and implemented Training Strategy for Global Supply Chain to achieve short- and long-term goals including:

• Globally scoped learning needs analysis, covering all roles, locations and management levels up to and including VP of GSC, a total of ca. 800 employees.
• Creation of Learning plans for Technical & Required Role Based curricula
• Identification of Core Capabilities for key Supply Chain roles to upskill and standardize skill levels
• Using OPEX fundamentals and Change Management, succeeded in embedding Compliance and Sustainability into GSC Training Management by moving from a people driven to process driven system.
• Formulated training plan clean up programmes to identify unnecessary training, action removal and quantify benefit to business as cost saving based on reclaimed FTE hours - ca. 20 000 FTE hours to date.

- Stood up and lead a team of Technical Writers and Training Specialists to :

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME)s to refine and update training resources
• Support identification of appropriate training interventions based on topic, purpose and business needs
• Develop e-learning content using platforms such as Articulate and Simpleshow
• Administration and Deployment of all Training via the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors)

- As Core Team member, supported implementation of new electronic Document Management System (Veeva Platform)

- Identified and mitigated any risks to people, processes or procedures during a GSC wide reorganization in 2023:

• Worked with senior leadership to execute and document risk assessments for their areas
• Project managed all identified action for 100% on time completion

- Represented Market Supply Operations in Enterprise wide Quality Management System refresh.

- Identified core gap in Training Management across Global Supply Chain and developed a business proposal to resource and implement a Training Team:

• Defined Voice of the Customer, Compliance Risk & potential business impact
• Develop and presented various resource models to Senior Leadership
• Proposal was accepted and GSC Training & Documentation team was stood up in Jan 2022.

-Tour of Duty position, allowing further development of Project Management and Continuous Improvement skills

- Developed opportunity to replace paper based training records with electronic records directly in the eLMS

• Created and implemented successful project plan to Pilot in the Manufacturing area. e-Records since adopted across Cruiserath site.

- Lead a cross functional team to optimize the process for Materials Return to Vendor process in Supply Chain

- Created a capacity planning model to support Manufacturing Project team, allowing for more robust yet flexible resource planning based on project need.

-Oversaw training strategy implementation during start up activities at Cruiserath, including transfer to GMP activities and Heath Authority approval.

- Managed a team of 7 to support all training requests, delivery and business support:

• Developed an optimized curricula management process to minimise overburden of training by the end user and allowing for Just in Time Training
• Implemented a training delivery and training qualification programme for Gowning in a Controlled area
• Developed and implemented a training request ticketing system to better measure, track and action training requests received
• Successfully represented the Training Management process at multiple corporate and Health Authority inspections, resulting in zero funding associated with training

-Highlight includes creating an electronic system to support improved document peer review prior to approval in the eDMS.

• Built, tested, branded and rolled out e-system (named DOORS)
• Facilitated twice daily training sessions to onboard the site to the system - a total of ca. 1000 employees
• System produced measurably faster and improved document reviews, markedly reducing rework and meeting the business Right First Time metric
• DOORS still in place and subsequently shared in other areas in BMS.
