Kenan Morcan

I worked as a volunteer intern at IGA Istanbul Airport for two months. During this time, I enhanced passengers' travel experiences by providing guidance and information support on both the airside and landside. Utilizing my proficiency in Spanish and English, I resolved immediate issues faced by foreign passengers and facilitated communication between passengers and security personnel through interpretation. Throughout the internship, I collaborated effectively with the team and assumed leadership responsibilities in situations requiring Spanish language expertise. In this role, I applied my skills in effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving to contribute to increased passenger satisfaction.
