  • Responsible for overall inventory control management and technical supply management of government equipment worth billions of Dollar
  • Maintain and ensure 100 percent accountability of all assigned APS-2 equipment
  • Relates with management and other managers in decision-making process along with strategic planning processes
  • Generate reports from Global Combat Support Systems - Army (GCSS-A)
  • Responsible for equipment ordered, received, stored and issued according to regulation, policies and procedure

  • Performs AWRDS CRSP receiving, which includes processing imports, exports, receipts, issues tracking Army equipment using Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS)
  • Bring to record all equipment that arrives at APS-2 Mannheim and identifies frustrated items
  • Responsible in ensuring that all equipment that arrives APS-2 CRSP are received into database within 24 hours for sensitive items and 72 hours for every other equipment
  • Conduct verification, identification and scanning of all equipment
  • Once equipment is received and processed into AWRDS, the required amount of ELIDS designated to the equipment is printed and place on the equipment
  • On completion of verification and scanning copies of 1348’s or any document that is associated with the equipment is filled and the original goes to LMP
  • Analyze data and perform causative research in Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) logistics
  • Correct errors in paperwork and report to Supply Manager
