I really enjoy the operational optimization of processes and daily communication between members of our association. When I was a small child (round about 3 years old) I often went sailing with my father. But I always jumped into the water myself and so I needed to learn swimming very early. I started as a child at the age of 3, in the club where I still work today. My coach recognized my talent early on and I swam my first competitions as a child. In between, I scaled back my career a bit and trained to become a qualified swimming coach. Now I swim competitively again, qualified for the World Championships in Singapore and love passing on my passion. At my club I coach age groups from 4-80 years and accompany young trainees in their first groups. I love the water and the sport.
