• Oversee the design and development processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions while acting as a Module Lead to provide guidance and support to team members.
• Assist the System Testing team with various deliverables, and conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase completed user stories and facilitate handovers within the sprint.
• Assess existing systems for efficiency and functionality, provide written recommendations for enhancements to meet operational goals, and create customized user manuals tailored to unique employee skill profiles.
• Draft analyses of emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate, while managing quality assurance testing for new installations to ensure adherence to standards and optimal performance.
