Project: Airbus A350XWB-Freighter Drainage System(ATA50) (Section 12, Section 13, Section 15 and Section 16).

• Detailing of installation drawings for B-Brackets as per AIRBUS standards.
• Creation of drawing sets in PASS SSCI
• Evaluated and adjusted B-Brackets installation as per the reference structure design principles.
• Weight Calculation for B-Brackets and adding weight details in PASS SSCI.
• Preparation of detailed check list for B-Bracket.
• Preparation of detailed check list for design Solution of ATA50 Drainage Pipe System.
• Evaluate and modify screw, washers, Hose, Bellows and Materials of Pipe according to airbus Standards.
• Creating Environments and Annotations for installation of Pipe Design solution of Drainage system(Example: CGR of ATA50, ATA53 & ATA92) for FULL3D as it is new requirement.
• Creating and Updating BOM for Pipe assembly and Brackets.
• Quality check as per Airbus standards and design Methodologies.

Project 1 : A350XWB Interiors Design (CRC, Door-Door Frame & Sidewalls)

Skills used: CATIA V5, TEAMCENTER, Enovia VPM, PASS_SSI, PDMLinkCC

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Study of Inputs like existing or reusable assemblies
• Estimation of the work package and providing the Expected Completion Dates for each package to the customer
• Creation of Assemblies, Raw parts, Cut Parts and Drawings
• Creation of Installation Drawings using Full3D as new requirement
• Initiating Release process for all Drawing sets
• Responsible for Estimation, Schedule, Quality & Delivery

Project 2: A330 Iran Airways First class Suite Design

Duration (Month/Year): March 2017 - April 2019

Project Description: Thompson Aero seating

Skills used: CATIA V5 and 3d Experience

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Creation and completion of 3D models (sheet metal, plastic parts and machining parts)
• Creation of Assemblies and mechanisms suitable for doors and privacy dividers
• Creation of drawings and Bill of materials
• Assisting with production crew in assembling the seat for CDR and test purpose

Project 3: A380-ATA25 (Light Covers, Ceilings and DDF Design)

Duration (Month/Year): December 2010 - October 2014

Project Description: A380-800 Interiors

Skills used: CATIA V4, ENOVIA VPM & Taksy

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the inputs provided by customer like Mockup models
• Creation of 3D models (RAW part, Cut part) and Assemblies as per the Customer requirement
• After freezing the design from the customer, Drafting and detailing for all the parts and Assemblies
• Creation of part list for all the assemblies in TAKSY
