As a Scrum Master at Persistent Systems in Bangalore, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with a North America-based leading tax and financial software provider. The project, centered around Selenium automation, demanded a strategic approach to Agile and Scrum practices.

My responsibilities extended beyond traditional Scrum ceremonies. I drove Agile and Scrum best practices, ensuring seamless collaboration among a diverse team of 40 full-time equivalents (FTEs) spread across onshore and offshore locations. The goal was create a highly efficient, customer-centric, and result-oriented team.

Implemented Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices tailored to the project's context. These frameworks fostered transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

As a Product Lead at VMware, I had the privilege of driving the vision and execution of VMware Center 3.5—an integral product within the VMware ecosystem. Over a span of 2.5 years, I played a pivotal role in shaping the product's roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

My responsibilities extended beyond traditional product management. I championed customer-centric design, gathering feedback and insights to enhance user experiences. I also facilitated agile development processes, guiding feature prioritization, sprint planning, and release cycles.

I collaborated with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a robust and user-friendly product that met the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.

As an Automation Testing Specialist , I played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions for one of the largest Telecom Clients. Leveraging Selenium RC , Selenium Web Drivers , and Java , I created robust test scripts within sprint cycles. In addition to my testing responsibilities, I actively engaged with stakeholders. I conducted client demos, providing clear insights into the testing process and results. My technical expertise extended beyond testing—I facilitated numerous technical sessions with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Worked as Java developer, working with core Java. During this time, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a North American insurance client, contributing to the development and maintenance of their software systems. My responsibilities included designing and implementing Java-based solutions, ensuring code quality, and participating in agile development processes. I gained valuable experience in software development, problem-solving, and teamwork while working on critical projects for the insurance industry
