The principles of my life can be directly applied to my work. My commitment to overcoming challenges with focus, and my appreciation for the small moments, shape my professional approach. My path as a tennis coach is strongly influenced by my personal beliefs, allowing me to grow continuously.
As a tennis coach, I bring solid expertise in motivational leadership and tailor my approach to each individual, creating positive connections and combining athletic progress with enjoyment of the game.
As a positive person, I see every challenge as something that can be overcome. With a strong mental attitude and full dedication, I tackle my tasks head-on. I am grateful for my life and filled with excitement and motivation to take on this role with passion.
I view Canada as an exceptional opportunity that will elevate me both professionally and personally. I look forward to gaining new experiences and exploring the stunning landscapes—especially through skiing.
In my role as a tennis coach, I conduct training sessions for individuals and groups. Over the years, I have gained experience working with students of various age groups, ranging from children as young as two years old to adults. The skill levels of my students vary from beginners to highly advanced players, with all participants pursuing tennis as a hobby. I place great emphasis on teaching both fundamental and advanced techniques, as well as tactical gameplay.
I plan and organize training sessions, preparing my students specifically for tournaments. For me, ensuring that the students enjoy the sport is always the top priority, as a training session is only truly successful when the student leaves the court with a smile. At the same time, I hold myself to high standards to ensure that my training promotes the athletic development of my students and provides them with a strong sense of progress. Above all, safety remains the highest priority.
The sessions typically last one hour, and I conduct training weekly. Currently, I coach an average of five hours per week, although this has varied between one and nine hours over the years. In total, I have conducted approximately 750 hours of training and worked with several hundred children.
Additionally, I have experience as a camp leader for programs that spanned five days, running daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In these roles, I was responsible for both the organization and the management of larger groups.
