• Project Engineer supporting the construction of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Support Annexes to Buildings 820, 822, 8270, and 8207 at Baumholder, Germany. Responsibilities include managing all phases of construction for the primary facilities, encompassing site preparation, installation of mechanical and electrical utilities, telecommunications, drainage, parking, landscaping, and environmental testing. Actively coordinate with contractors, USACE officials, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with construction schedules, budget constraints, and mission-critical requirements. Conduct safety inspections, review drawings for accuracy and compliance with USACE standards, UFC, EM385-1-1, and international building codes. Conduct safety inspections, reviewing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and deliver safety briefings to workers. Monitors field operations to ensure proper use of PPE, verifies that workers are trained in job-specific safety issues, and confirms equipment is operated correctly and has been properly tested. Maintains site standards to enhance safety regulations and proactively address hazards to keep the site operating securely. Supports commissioning and testing processes to ensure systems are functioning according to design intent and operational standards.

• Project Engineer for the design/build construction of a 20,000 SF flight simulator facility and a 33,729 SF squadron operations/aircraft maintenance unit building. Spearheaded Division 10 and flooring installations, ensuring alignment with U.S. Air Force and NAVFAC standards. Maintained strict compliance with EM385 safety regulations by implementing robust safety protocols and conducting thorough risk assessments. Played a key role in delivering safety briefing classes, assisting with instruction and verifying participant understanding—including supporting non-English-speaking personnel by providing Spanish-language assistance. Collaborated closely with subcontractors, the U.S. Air Force, and NAVFAC to resolve complex construction challenges and maintain schedule and budget adherence. • Border Security Coordinator served as a key leader in border security operations along the Texas-Mexico border, coordinating with multiple state and federal agencies to deter illegal crossings and enhance regional safety.

• Petroleum Specialist supported a Horizontal Bridging Engineer Organization, overseeing fuel logistics for over 150,000 gallons of petroleum products and providing mission-critical fuel support for a fleet of more than 250 military vehicles. Planned, directed, and coordinated fuel distribution operations with 100% task accuracy, ensuring safe, efficient service across all missions. Promoted to Corporal and placed in charge of the fuel team, leading operations throughout South Korea. Applied EM385 and OSHA safety standards to all hazardous materials (HAZMAT) operations, conducting HAZMAT training and environmental inspections that consistently resulted in high-risk logistics environments.
• Authored a 647-page Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Pacific Division governing HAZMAT petroleum logistics, including detailed guidelines for transport, handling, storage, labeling, equipment usage, and the management of petroleum, oils, lubricants, and other hazardous materials. Conducted extensive research on military regulations to align the SOP with existing policies and led safety briefings to over 1,500 personnel—including 7 NCOs and 3 officers—ensuring full certification of the 11th Engineer Battalion in hazardous materials handling. Provided instruction on proper PPE use, equipment safety, and operational protocols. The SOP was signed and implemented by 3-Star General Abrams as the official policy for the Pacific Division.
• Earned Fuel Handler Certification in October 2019, completed HAZMAT training in 2019, and achieved OSHA 30-Hour Certification in 2021. Recognized for outstanding leadership, safety advocacy, and operational excellence in high-risk logistics environments.

• Petroleum Supply Specialist provided critical petroleum, oils, and lubricants (POL) support to an Armored Tank Unit, distributing over 500,000 gallons of fuel to sustain operations across New Mexico, Texas, and multiple deployment zones in the Middle East, including Iraq under Operations Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield. Maintained 100% operational readiness through precise logistics coordination and inventory management in high-pressure, austere environments. Applied EM385 safety standards during all hazardous materials handling, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and minimizing risk to personnel and equipment in both training and combat operations. Recognized for consistent reliability and mission success in support of both domestic and overseas fuel logistics operations.
