  • Required to keep track of all food stock in cold/sandwich stations, along with creating a preparation list for the current and following days' tasks
  • Typically opening shifts, which are heavy prep shifts along with opening tasks such as setting up lines, hot equipment etc
  • Tasks include communication amongst multiple stations and kitchens to insure productivity is streamlined ex.; If multiple stations and/or parties require the use of sliced tomatoes, it can be done by one or two individuals for the bulk rather the be scattered
  • Multi-task prepping food for the line, checking temps/dates and orders coming in
  • Has an upbeat, positive attitude along with an open mind when interacting with fellow team members
