• Afrovision Ltd, Project Consultant and Business Analyst, Conducted a pilot study commissioned by the South West Regional Assembly to explore the integration of ICT in healthcare across the 42 health districts in the South West region of Cameroon. Assessed the ICT requirements of health institutions in the Buea Health District and conducted a comprehensive analysis of their existing systems. Delivered a detailed report containing recommendations for a Health Information System tailored to the specific context, emphasizing the electronic exchange of clinical information for improved patient care., Provided the South West Regional Assembly with valuable insights and recommendations for the development of bidding documents to procure contractors for the implementation of the Health Information System. Enabled the regional assembly to take a significant step in leveraging ICT to enhance healthcare delivery in the Buea Health District and potentially replicate the model in other districts.
• Pioneer Academic and Scientific Enterprise (PASE) Representative of Oxford University Press and LD Didactics in Cameroon, Team Lead and Project Consultant, Led a team in a comprehensive study of science laboratories in secondary schools across Cameroon to evaluate their readiness for implementing the competence-based approach to education. Collaborated with the Ministry of Secondary Education to propose appropriate laboratory kits that would facilitate the execution of required experiments outlined in the new curriculum strategy. Developed and recommended standardized laboratory guidelines for physics, chemistry, biology, and other science disciplines to ensure consistency and quality across schools., Provided the Ministry of Secondary Education with detailed recommendations on the necessary laboratory equipment and materials needed to align with the new curriculum strategy. Contributed to the standardization of science laboratories, enabling schools to enhance the quality of science education by establishing practical and standardized laboratory environments that match curriculum requirements.
• Zinger Systems Ltd, Team Lead, Project Consultant and System Analyst, Collaborated with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and the Government of Cameroon to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) database for schools in the conflict-ridden North-West and South-West regions. Designed and implemented the Schoolmap platform, which serves as an incident reporting system to foster peace, security, and the overall safety of students and teachers. Created a user-friendly interface and data analysis tools within Schoolmap to enable schools to identify areas of risk and proactively take measures to prevent incidents., Successfully developed and deployed the Schoolmap platform, providing schools with a reliable incident reporting system and empowering them to enhance safety and security measures. Contributed to peace-building initiatives and the well-being of students and teachers in regions affected by conflict.
