I first started as a Reuse Technician and worked my way up to Area Manager Biomedical Services. I feel as though Southern Shores is one of the best teams in Fresenius. We have proven that by hardly ever getting any technical deficiencies on inspections. I ensure our electronic documentation and equipment compliance are completed on time. We have no water quality issues and all of our R&Ms meet goal.
I worked in all phases of commercial, industrial and residential plumbing. I worked with plastic, copper, steel, iron and fiberglass pipe. Installing and troubleshooting water pumps, water heaters and boilers. I have worked all aspects of plumbing from roughing in to finish. I moved between several contractors trying to maintain State and Government scale wages.
I experienced communicating with the public, conducting demonstrations and negotiations. I received salesman of the month in August, 1992.
I started as a Private (E-1) and worked my way up to a Staff Sergeant (E-6). I held a supervisory role nine out of the ten years that I was in the Army. In the latter part of my military service I was in charge of the well-being of a Combat Infantry Platoon consisting of 40-48 soldiers. I had to assign tasks on a daily basis, as well as, evaluate their performance and ensure all preventive maintenance on equipment was being completed.
