• - Developed technological innovation7 projects from R&D to production

• - Lead and manage a Lab team of20 employees, including R&D and production
• - Ensure multiple projects are completed on schedule, within budget, in accordance with general design, organize, develop, execution and scientific protocol writing for all the plans (Lab, greenhouse and plantation) to optimize the plant variety and quality meeting with applicable standards
• - Estimate Lab capacity by using the management methodologies, lead on all day to day task execution, driving project process in line with the planned milestone
• - Utilize KPIs and metrics to ensure delivery and stockpiling on time, in the right quantities and high quality following with the quality management regulations, and inform on potential constraints in close relationship with planning and reporting to the Director
• - Collaborate effectively with Optimization Team implement innovations and flexibility to change the priorities that contribute to the business requirement
• - Daily coordinate with internal sales, marketing and provide consultation support in external customer for high success cultivation
• - Maintaining the good tidiness and organized of the Lab facilities and equipment
• - Represent the company at industry events and Exhibitions
