Senior HR Services Leader


  • Lead and manage a team of 6 employees in the HR Services department, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Oversee all HR Operations activities, including reporting, health & safety, fleet management, and Headquarters reception; serve as the escalation point for any HR service issues.
  • Drive ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Responsible for the annual salary and bonus process, coordinating activities with all stakeholders and supporting board members as needed.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and manage relationships with payroll providers and benefits suppliers.
  • Plan, manage, and submit personnel costs for Headquarters, including accurate headcount reporting to Finance and F1 and F2 updates.
  • Development of policies and guidelines to ensure effective implementation and compliance across the organization.
  • Represent the Group in ERP process network meetings for Global HR and Expense Management systems, participating in scope projects and improvements to the ERP template.


Human Resources Business Partner

  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to the Group IT Director and his leadership team.
  • Support hiring activities within the client group, including developing hiring strategies, selecting suitable sourcing providers, supporting final interviews, and managing associated costs.
  • Assist line managers with individual people issues such as absence, performance, and contract changes.
  • Lead people projects aligned with the People & Culture strategy, collaborating closely with the HR Director and HR team to set objectives, allocate resources, and establish timelines.
  • Support employee engagement activities and action planning processes, serving as a champion for employee engagement.

Development of a group-wide grading structure, Job position harmonization, Implementation of "Gallup" for employee engagement, European Works Council
