Influencer Marketing Manager

As Influencer Marketing Manager I:

  • Work with local and foreign Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Telegram influencers.
  • Brief talent and creative agencies.
  • Identify the best influencers for paid advertising, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a creative strategy for working with influencers in order to grow the awareness of brands.
  • Develop strategies and special projects with the marketing team to promote original series, subscriptions to a music service, and an online streaming service (Kinopoisk, Yandex Music, and Yandex Plus).
  • Track and analyze channels and campaigns' performance, content, and conversion rates.
  • Organize offline events with influencers.

Achievements:

  • Led all influencer campaigns for the biggest Yandex summer offline festival in Moscow (PLUS DACHA) in 2022. About 100 influencers have visited 15 events throughout the summer. In total their posts from the events got 4M+ free reach;
  • Conducted over 200 marketing campaigns with influencers, reaching a total of over 400 million.

  • Made marketing campaigns with influencers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other countries, and created a total of over 500 ads with influencers in one year.
  • Created and managed special projects in order to grow the awareness of brands.
  • Developed creative concepts for marketing campaigns with influencers for more than 50 brands.
  • Signed exclusive contracts with more than 15 influencers, and was constantly looking for advertising contracts for them. As a result, each of our exclusive influencer has gotten two ads per month minimum;
  • I wrote scripts for TikTok videos for accounts that we've led, and I also participated in the filming processes as an assistant producer.
