Duties as a Supply Technician Lead:


  • Leading a team of Supply Technicians and Warehouse Workers, delegating daily duties as determined by the Unit set manager and I.
  • Ensuring the team are working well together in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Create Daily Task Hazard Assessments and perform weekly PPE inspections for the team.
  • Building and updating trackers.
  • Maintaining the data integrity of all equipment under the UIC.
  • Assisting with PB01’s (shortages) and Class 2 parts requests
  • Building horse blankets for the UIC
  • Assisting with PGR’s (Post Goods Receipt) of equipment and parts received from the SSA.
  • Dealing with all sensitive item inventories regarding weapons and Commo equipment.
  • Assisting with vehicle inventories and the verification and validation of equipment.
  • Liasing with the CRSP Yard regarding the delivery of new equipment or when a joint inventory is required by my team.
  • Maintaining rapport with multiple Managers and sections to ensure effective communication, to create seamless operations.
  • Pull new hand receipts from GCSS-Army weekly and check the system for any new equipment that has been added to the UIC.
  • Using Equipment Situation (Equip_Sit) to determine the maintenance statuses for all ERC-A and ERCP equipment (Pacing items) in the UIC.

Accountability Analyist

Duties as a Accountability Analyst:


  • Leading a team of Supply Technicians and Warehouse personnel.
  • Operating a UIC.
  • Conducting all inventories, dealing with Government personnel.
  • Determining shortages and excess, ordering required parts.
  • Creating trackers to reflect discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a master tracker of up to 2000 pieces of equipment for the UIC.
  • Verifying and validating equipment daily.
  • Using GCSS Army (Global combat support system) to recognize any new additions to our hand receipt per the PBO.
  • Creating PR’s and PB01’s as and when required to fill shortages within other UIC’s.
  • Corresponding with other sections and building relationships with them to assist in the expedition of mission related tasks e.g. TMR’s to transport or VRC inventories with Commo.
