My Master Integral Coach certification with Integral Coaching Canada is based on a structured, outcome-oriented coaching methodology that aligns closely with widely used frameworks such as the GROW model and SMART goal setting. Like these models, Integral Coaching uses clear goal definition, careful assessment of current reality, structured questioning, and committed action planning. In addition, it incorporates developmental practice design and multi-perspective assessment to support sustainable behavioral and performance change. In my coaching work, I comfortably integrate SMART goals and GROW-style session structures where appropriate, while drawing on Integral Coaching methods to support deeper and more lasting client progress.
