Motivated Engineer pursuing a Master's in Systems Engineering with internship experience. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Competent with various Systems and Industry 4.0 guidelines.
As an Intern, I was given the opportunity to gain exposure to various departments of the manufacturing
plant, where I acquired knowledge of machine handling and systems engineering.
Aeronautics Research | Feature on Wing Flap to Enhance Aerodynamic Efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
1. Advanced applications of Industry 4.0 Technologies: The case study investigates the implementation of advanced technologies by Motion Miners Company. It employs a strategic approach that combines artificial intelligence with the proven methodologies of Six Sigma. Through real-time data facilitated by the MPI platform, Motion Miners leverage video and GPS tracking data for continuous analysis. This synergy enables the identification of defects within the operational processes
2. Engineering Design: I have designed and developed a prototype of an aircraft that follows a parabolic path to achieve zero gravity or weightlessness for 10 seconds for investigations and research purposes. The whole design process is based on VDI 2221 guidelines. We utilized a morphological box to list out various solutions possible. VDI 2225 has been followed as the evaluation process for variant evaluation as it is more applicable to finding appropriate solutions to complex mechanical problems.
