Since the early days of my life, bicycles are a part of it. Grown up in a small village my bicycle brought me to school and friends. Caused by the self employed background, I´m a very technical person. It was a Food Wholesale company with 15 employees I had to run after my parents stepped out and often there had to be fixed cars and lorries which we needed to deliver food to restaurants. My hobby was motorcycling and cycling and I still love to tinker on bikes. During my work for Body Bike in Germany I became master instructor, did sales, made concepts for clubs and did installations. We were only 3 employees in Germany. To the point: I love cycling and bicycles!

Since I´m 20 years old, I do fitnesstraining. Two times I finished long distance triathlon (ironman), run around 10 times Marathon, took part at mountainbike races. CrossFit is also one of my favorite sports.

Due to his history he has an immense indoor cycling knowledge, he knows all kinds of indoor bikes, their programs, their approach.
