In dieser Rolle betreute und unterstützte ich internationale Studierende bei der Orientierung in den akademischen und sozialen Aspekten eines Studiums im Ausland.

In this role, I provided guidance and support to international students, helping them navigate the academic and social aspects of studying in a foreign country.

• Assisted students in developing language skills and adapting to a new cultural and educational environment during a period of significant challenges and transitions (COVID-19 pandemic, Ukraine war)
• Provided mentorship and guidance on academic and personal matters, likewise on logistical and administrative challenges with regular assessment ensuring a smooth transition for students
• collaborated with faculty and staff to address the needs and concerns of international students, to improve the mentoring for international students
• Establishing of a mentors team to improve efficiency of mentor work and to provide a bigger and more diverse offer for the mentored students
