• Identification and anticipation of trends within the organization, actively driving and promoting organizational change, as a “Change Driver” (ex: NEO Ambassador – Presentations in Townhall, gathering feedback, answering questions related to NEO way of working, helped colleagues with issues related to NEO; different AC workgroups: Agile Coaches Services, Workflow Overview etc., and presented to Global Agile Coaching Department)
• Successfully coached and helped implementation of NEO Principles and Playbook at ODJ Domain level and MyAPI and SAP Integration Engineering teams level, in order to help the teams to understand the processes and assure a smooth transition to the NEO way of working

Achievements

• I coordinated and successfully implemented over 300 projects with budgets of up to 20 million Euros in various fields: strategic (territorial development strategies - SIDU, health strategies, sustainable mobility plans - PMUD), energy (climate plans - PAED), construction, agriculture
• I coordinated the elaboration of the documentation necessary for accessing the non-reimbursable funds for Administration of Lakes Parks and Recreation Bucharest and General City Hall of Bucharest for the project 'Arranging a touristic circuit on the Floreasca and Tei lakes (and their adjacent area)'. Project in implementation REGIO POR Axis 5.2, with a budget of 20 million Euros.
• I coordinated the elaboration of the documentation of the project 'Electronic Management System (E-ADMINISTRATION)' for Administration of Lakes Parks and Recreation Bucharest; I managed the communication with the IT team.
• I coordinated the elaboration of the documentation for accessing non-reimbursable funds for the Harghita County Council regarding the project 'An Associative System for the Conservation of Biodiversity at County Level'. Project carried out by coordinating 7 associated companies and 20 partners (mayors, protected area administrators, local environmental agencies) per project. Project financed by POS Mediu Axa 4, with a budget of EUR 550,000.
