Performed mice embyo dissection, in vivo IP, ChIP-seq, and other molecular and biochemical techniques. Worked with N2a and mESC cells. Performed mESC differentiation to neurons.
Role of histone crotonylation in intestinal homeostasis.
Prepared mouse intestinal organoids and performed molecular biology assays on organoids and HEK293 cells.
