• Eligibility confirmed: The Ministry of Justice issued a Certificate of Clearance on May 26, 2010, and again on October 5, 2010, confirming my professional qualification, my personal reliability and capability.
• Oral Exam Exclusion: I was not invited to the Oral State Bar Exams because of my strong performance in the 2008 Oral State Law Exams and during the Court File Extraction lectures throughout my State Bar Traineeship—clearly demonstrating that the oral exam would not have posed any obstacle for me, and I would have easily passed the entire exam..
• The State Bar Exam, Second attempt also demonstrated successful completion, but in the follow my legal proceedings at the Administrative Court, High Administrative Court of Appeal, and Federal Constitutional Court were marred by serious judicial crimes. There never existed any initial suspicion against me till today and no entries into the register of conduct which both existence would have hindered the release of the Certificate of Clearance and the admission to the state bar and state law exams.
• The Federal Constitutional Court had to overturn lower court rulings, which was issued in clear violation of fundamental legal principles, as they unlawfully dismissed my constitutional complaint without any judicial review.
• Judicial Abuse and State Liability: From 2011 to 2022, Germany systematically abused its courts by allowing fraudulent claims to be brought against me by private individuals. Despite knowing that these claims had no legal basis, the courts consistently ruled against me, enforcing fraudulent judgments that led to forced payments of protection money, including the expropriation of my home. This was not corruption, as a government cannot corrupt its own institutions, but a deliberate abuse of judicial power to facilitate ongoing financial and legal oppression.
• I demonstrated that I successfully passed the State Law exams on my first attempt and later on my second attempt with the written exams as documentation of evidence. Additionally, I provided clear evidence that the proceedings before the Administrative Court, the Higher Administrative Court of Appeal, and the Federal Constitutional Court were compromised by serious judicial misconduct and abuse of state authority. The Federal Constitutional Court was ultimately compelled to overturn the lower court rulings due to fundamental violations of procedural and substantive law. These courts had issued unlawful judgments without proper review and wrongfully dismissed my constitutional complaint without assessing the legality of the decisions in question.

2004

• April - August 2004: First request of admission to the state law exams which fraudulently was rejected bc of a study internship at the HypoVereinsbank, München, in Milan Italy at its Branch in 1999 in the Department of Project and structured Finance that was already recognized as clerkship trainee station by the ministry of justice so that it had under the principles of discretionary reduction to zero to accept the internship and admission request without further reviewing.
• All caused damages: In June I would have made as planned my state law exams, would have passed them at latest in May 2005. Then I would have gone to Munich where my former husband worked since January 2005 and in September 2005 I would have started the clerkship trainee in Munich instead and would have passed without any crimes against me from the examination board of the ministry of justice with success like so in 2010 and 2011 my state bar exams in September 2007. In Oct 2007 I could have left Germany with my former husband to Milan, Italy where I would have been admitted directly as a lawyer for being employed at a big law company with which in 2010 I could have made me transfer to NYC together with my former husband who switched without me in 2010 to Vienna, Austria instead.
• September 1 - October 15, 2004: Completed internship at Allen & Overy LLP in Frankfurt in the Global Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions departments
• Worked on international equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, capital increases, and cross-border M&A transactions
• Received evaluation of "good" (13 points)
• With the completion of the internship at Allen & Overy I was able to demonstrate that I was professionally and personally ready and suitable for the admission as lawyer and therefore for the admission to the state law exams.

2006

• April 2006: First admission to the state law examinations of summer 2006
• April-September 2006: Completed five written exams and thesis at the Ministry of Justice
• Late 2006: Withdrew from examinations due to issues with grading and denial of access to written exam copies
• July 31, 2006: Received interim reference letter from Tullett Prebon (Securities) Limited
• December 31, 2006: End of employment at Tullett Prebon (Securities) Limited due to operational reasons

2007

• February 2007: Received results and admission to oral exams
• February 2007: Filed formal appeal (as per Verwaltungsprozessordnung)
• February 2007: Attended exam inspection appointment to receive copies of written exams as legally required to formulate the detailed grounds for the already-filed appeal
• February 2007: Ministry of Justice unlawfully refused to provide the legally required exam copies during the inspection appointment, making it impossible to complete the appeal process with proper justification
• February 2007: Ministry arbitrarily rejected the appeal without justification, stating they would "never let you win"
• April 2007: Due to this obstruction of justice and obvious improper grading, was forced to take second admission to the state law examinations of summer 2007
• 2007: Repeated all written exams and thesis (noting that in Germany, there is a limit of two attempts for state law examinations)

2008

• May 2008: Received the grades for written exams, confirming successful completion of state law examinations
• May 28, 2008: Officially passed First Law Examination with a grade of "satisfactory" (6.80 points)

• Certified for completing an insight program in order book management for certificates and warrants.
• Gained comprehensive knowledge of brokerage of warrants & certificates on German stock exchanges.
• Developed order management skills, enhancing trading proficiency.
• Adapted quickly to new trading technologies and software applications.
• Excelled in a fast-paced environment, working independently and in teams.
• Built and maintained strong professional relationships.
