Summary

As a seasoned technical project leader with over twelve years of experience in automotive embedded software and product development, I am excited by the opportunity to combine my professional expertise with my personal passion for cycling. Throughout my career, I have successfully led complex, cross-functional projects in the automotive sector, driving innovation from concept to production.

My strengths lie in system architecture, stakeholder coordination, and delivering high-performance solutions under demanding timelines.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated endurance athlete and a 10x long-distance triathlon finisher, with a particular focus on optimizing the bike split. This has given me deep, hands-on insight into the performance, ergonomics, and integration challenges that riders face. I understand what makes a bike system not just functional, but truly exceptional, and I’m motivated to help create products that resonate with athletes and everyday riders alike.

Hobbies and Interests

I am a passionate endurance triathlete and obstacle course racer.

I have finished 10x Challenge Roth (3,8 Swim, 180 Bike, 42 Run), 2x Double Ultra Triathlon Emsdetten and some of the toughest OCR races in Europe multiple times, including the legendary Tough Guy in Wolverhampton, Getting Tough The Race in Rudolstadt, and the Braveheart Battle.

These experiences have shaped my mental resilience and ability to perform under pressure, qualities that I bring into every project I lead.

I also enjoy exploring cycling technologies and staying up to date with developments in e-mobility and smart bike systems.
