HRS Ops Management

  • Ensure all employees information and appropriate and relevant documentation is updated, captured and filed, electronic files on sharepoint
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, attendance, promotion, termination, and update the files according to management requirement
  • Coordinating the flow and maintenance of employee data between payroll and human resources
  • Process HR-related requests, such as employment verification's and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings for employees with service providers ( Discovery) when required
