  • Restructured, standardized, simplified, and run the Monthly Business Reviews for a 700+ team. Achieved consistency across all teams on OKRs, cadence, and templates. Drastically reduced effort spent and improved the overall satisfaction with the process.
  • Overall main POC for everything Salesforce related for Global Professional Services (700+ employees). Accelerated and simplified the collaboration between Global Professional Services and their stakeholders by standardizing and simplifying the Salesforce processes for 20+ integration teams. Completely revamped the way how engagements are tracked and how data is stored in Salesforce to achieve an unified view on business health across PayPal and to increase the reliability on data to allow data-driven decisions. Created global Engagement Framework to streamline and accelerate Go-Lives.
  • Identified KPIs and OKRs for integration teams backed up by a suite of custom Salesforce dashboards for leaders and users, replacing multiple outdated and siloed reports. Leader dashboards focused on key metrics like hygiene, capacity / coverage and forecasting. User dashboards were designed to track individual pipelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress, empowering the ownership and streamlining daily workflows.
  • Created and maintained global knowledge base for all integration teams, replacing multiple existing ones. (Mindtouch, Confluence). Run several knowledge sharing initiatives.
