· Close collaboration with store managers across Germany to record and process applications for new hires, contract extensions and various contract amendments.

· Work with the recruitment and hiring team to help make good hiring choices, and offer advice and expertise when needed, especially about salaries.

· Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.

· Working in partnership with the works council: weekly transmission of all enquiries from the adidas stores in Germany

· First point of contact for the HR Services team in matters relating to contract creation and all contract amendments.

· Maintaining and updating employee data, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality (in SAP)

· Work with the HR Retail team on projects related to various areas of HR such as Global HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Talent.

· Help to implement the People Strategy in HR Retail area.

· General support for Senior Vice President HR Global Sales

· Scheduling and arranging internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops and Global Sales department events

· Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, pick-up services, visa

· arrangements), travel expenses.

· ARIBA: creation and tracking of purchase requests, taking care of purchase orders and invoices

· Handling of department cost centres: budget tracking

· HR Global Sales related communication on Yammer

· Preparation of various department presentations

· Interface to Facilities and Services team

· First contact person for external vendors

· Various operational tasks

· moderated dailies and retrospective meetings.

· Worked close with Linda Sarise, Product Owner in Retail Fulfillment and Marina Haase, Agile Expert.
