My position of Junior Project Manager for non-profit integration organization involved:

- Collaboration on projects from the initiation phase to handover and close cooperation with other non-profit organizations/government offices

- Support in project expansion

- Support in coordinating the planning team (in-house and external) and in managing the project teams from the initial phase to handover.

- Establishing external communication and public relationships.

-Supporting senior project managers in various aspects of project planning, execution, and closure activities.

Within Raiffeisen Trainee program, I gained my first hand-on experience and mentorship in banking sector that involved the following responsibilities:

- Research, analyze, evaluate, and interpret market data, trends.

- Support in the daily operations of our strategy team including preparation of presentations/ visualizations, e.g dashboards etc., and assist the management in documentation analysis.

- Assistance in conducting market research and preparation of financial statements

As my first working experience, I engaged in private tutoring of the subjects I had excellent academic records in, Economics, Business studies and Business English language (high-school level, preparation to national final examinations with the focus on Economic/business field )
