The 5 month internship is part of the study course Bachelor of Engineering Brewery science at the TU Berlin.

The practical experience gave me an insight into the brewing industry and the craftsmanship from an engineering perspective.
It also helped me understanding:

- Optimization of work processes, creation of work instructions
- Quality assurance and control
- Analyzation of operational processes
