practical phase 1 (T3_1000)
Central Industrial Engineering (CIE), Aumovio SE
- As part of the first practical phase in Central Industrial Engineering, a correlation analysis was carried out to investigate valve leakages. The goal was to identify possible relationships between different influencing factors and the occurrence of leakages.
- For this purpose, the data analysis tool KNIME was used. The defined objective — establishing a comparable correlation related to valve leakages — was successfully achieved.
practical phase 2 (T3_2000)
Industrial Engineering, Aumovio SE
- In the second practical phase, the focus was on programming an ABB robot and creating a simple, production‑related program sequence.
- During this phase, knowledge in working with TwinCAT (Beckhoff PLC) and RobotStudio (ABB) was acquired and deepened. The project goal was achieved and contributed to improving the quality of robot training for company employees.
practical phase 3 (T3_3000) / Bachelor Thesis
Industrial Engineering, Aumovio SE
- The third practical phase and the subsequent bachelor thesis focus on developing a concept for converting an existing production system. The goal is to create a concept that enables the Helix valve caulking stations to be transferred to a unified Aumovio standard for caulking processes.
- As part of the work, programming tests on a real production system are possible.
- The focus is on conceptual development and preparing a standardized implementation.
