Hewlett Packard Enterprise

  • Despite the savings period in the public sector for a year, the election period in municipalities, and a challenging project and competitive environment in public accounts, I achieved sales targets. I was involved in all tender and specification processes for these projects.
  • When a hospital chain with 15 branches wanted to upgrade the disks for their newly purchased server, I realized that there was inefficient planning in their IT infrastructure and provided the right solutions. This raised awareness among the client, and the entire infrastructure across all branches was completely renewed to be centrally managed.
  • I successfully closed a project for an HPE replication product, despite the competitor’s price being twice as high. This project became one of the largest-volume projects in the region.


Arena

  • I ensured the publication of software from 3 new vendors on the Arena Marketplace platform. For this, I conducted the necessary market analysis, aligned with the right partners, planned the revenue-sharing model and organized marketing activities.
  • I increased sales of a product from one of the world’s largest software manufacturers by 1500% and boosted its market share in Turkey by 400%.
  • By analyzing partners with specific customers, I made marketing activities in the product portfolio more efficient.
