• The team owes the underwriting book and manages underwriting risk across loan products and asset classes, e.g., IG corporates, FI, ECA financing, and project financing. I have been involved with the entire lifecycle of a syndicated transaction for either an underwriting or best-effort mandate. I work on client pitching, pricing proposals, drafting underwriting memos, bookrunning, and sales.
• Led secondary loan distribution and sales, managing offer sheet preparation, marketing, pricing negotiations, and trading. Independently handling sales conversations, pricing negotiations, and documentation review, with a strong familiarity with LMA standard terms and conditions.
• Collaborating with relationship managers, credit teams, portfolio managers, origination teams, and middle office. Providing strategic market updates, management reports, and delivering client presentations that influence decision-making.
• Cover 500+ bank investors in the EU with my team, providing market insights on pricing and liquidity. Drafted over 20 underwriting papers, conducted pricing analysis, and prepared numerous selldown memos in 2024 for underwriting committee approvals.

• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Worked on a buy-side advisory mandate for a multi-billion international banking group acquisition; developed financial projection modeling and analyzed financial statements.

• Deal Origination and Firm Valuation: Assisted with an acquisition deal of a French private insur-tech firm and a potential deal of Italian banking group's disposal of insurance business; worked on firm valuation modeling and financial statements analysis.
