Driven by a passion for inclusive design and transdisciplinary communication, I leveraged an expertise at Syntax Institut to create engaging learning platforms. As a software engineer and educator, I honed my skills in communication and organizing, significantly enhancing client satisfaction and project outcomes. My background spans game development to human capital management, showcasing a versatile skill set in both technical innovation and soft skill application.
As a person afflicted by a physical disability myself I strive to create and design ways to help other people to take on the challenges they face in their day to day life and make their days just a little bit better.
First Full Time Developer at an Indie Game Studio helping, to establish the IT Infrastructure for future projects. During my time i helped developed several prototypes and took an extern projects from other studios.
Communication and Organizing I developed several soft skills during my time as a student representative and while working in several different companies and work cultures
Please note that my physical disability cause me to have motor activities, balance and small speech problems. Though i am lucky to life and work an independent life i still get regularly challenged by daily life, e.g. stairs without railings. I am open about my situation and through i don't want to be defined by it, any questions you might have can be asked. Only through open communication can we achieve a better understanding of each other and ourselves.

In my free time i often spent my times surrounded by my friends and sit down to play games, quite often of our own creation. Though i don't like to limit myself to digital games since i feel the greatest burst of imagination are produced by sitting down to play and create our own stories and gameplay using just pen and paper.
My favorite way to end the day might be just sitting down watching my shows or read literature. (Personal recommendation: The visit of the old Lady; Friedrich Dürrenmatt).
Beside my usual routines i would describe it as one of life's greatest pleasure to experience difference cultures and learn new ways of life. Meeting new people from different backgrounds quite often leads to a new perspective that enhances not only my personal life but also my working life. Also as person growing up in a small town, i was very to late to experience all those fantastic dishes the world has to offer.
