• Provides high-level of administrative support and assistance and directly reporting to the CEO on his daily administrative duties from managing calendar of appointments, drafting and distributing correspondence, make travel and accommodation arrangements, screen and direct phone calls, organize and maintain the office filing system to conducting research and prepare report relating to Director’s office.
• Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients to all constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
• Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement reflecting to CEO’s style and organization policy.
• Perform all other delegated work such as office administration, accounting, marketing and purchasing and all other related functions to ensure that all matters under the Director’s office has been taken care of.
• Acting as a liaison of the organization on behalf of the CEO and provide support to the Board of Directors from arranging and handling all logistic function for Board Meetings and different events, organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings and distribute presentation materials.
• Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in by laws regarding Board matters. Overseeing corporate policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
