I was trained on customer service an assisted customers on the POS system, returns, online orders, and vender payments. I also counted the vault and filled the deposits from other facilities on base into are online system. I assisted with putting truck out. As well as setting sections to POG based on the book.

My primary job was being the lead of the men, women, and junior departments and unloading truck. I was responsible for setting up the departments to the planogram. I made sure all the freight was put out. As well, with helping on any questions in the department weather from customers or coworkers. I worked the POS system. I also was trained on customer service and all the duties that come with that.
