Expert SAT engineer for EUV-CO2 Drive Laser systems, providing technical customer oriented support to ASML. As lead engineer, provide Knowledge Transfer and OJT to skill up the less-experienced TRUMPF SAT engineers, with a strong focus on Cycle Time and a continuous improvement mindset. Proactive support at TNL EUV P&Q department when SAT workload decreased.

Long Term Assignment (LTA) at TRUMPF Taiwan (TTW). EUV CO2-Drive Laser specialist support and interface to ASML Taiwan Customer Service department and end-customer TSMC. Lead engineer for ASML CS team (20+ engineers) during post-SAT escalations on TSMC´s production systems in Hsinchu, Taichung and Tainan. Contact window with TLSM Service and R&D with regard to installations, upgrades post-SAT, new projects implementation and project management.

Worldwide technical support for EUV-Lithography CO2-Drive Laser
systems. Commissioning, SAT, implementation of retrofits and upgrades at end-customer sites (Intel, Samsung, TSMC, ASML, IMEC). Providing knowledge transfer to local TRUMPF engineers.
