• Onsite QA Lead working from Germany leading 10 member offshore team in India
• Accountable for the maintenance and execution of regression suites for the Adidas Order Management Solution(OMNI).
• Engaging with the project stakeholders to define scope and Statements of Work(SOW), and obtaining sign-off.
• Estimations/ Release Management/ Status Reporting.
• Test strategy, planning, test case creation, test execution, defect and bug reporting and tracking to closure.
• Responsible for regression and integration testing from Demandware, Payment Integration, IBM Sterling OMS validations and downstream SAP validations
• Identifying automation candidates for Regression and getting it automated.
• Preparing dashboards, burn down charts and daily status reporting.
• Managing test resources and continuously evaluating processes.
• Coordination with Release manager for weekly release activities and presenting Regression status in Go/No-Go meetings.

Project: TSC Post Order Management/ Application Testing

Client: Tractor Supply Company, U.S

• QA Lead for incremental testing on Tractor Supply Company's E-commerce website leading a team of 8 offshore QA engineers
• Analyzing JIRA epics and user stories, identifying requirements, creating test plans and test cases in JIRA for the Agile project.
• Preparing dashboards and status reporting
• Analysis of Requirements, Design documents from function specification and identifying the required tests and subsequently defining them
• Integration between demand ware, payment systems, middleware, Order Management Systems, Sourcing and scheduling logic validation
• Reduced defect leakage by effectively conducting regression testing after each release cycle.
• Order processing from different systems like Warehouse Management System, Store Order Management System, Call Centre Order Management Systems etc
• Payment and charge validation from Order Management System, downstream validation in SAP after order fulfillment
