  • By enhancing KYC UI/UX and addressing failed/error messages, we reduced daily customer support calls by 70% (from ~350 to 110 calls). This reduction in calls decreased revenue leakage from INR 28,000/- to INR 8,800 per day.
  • Improved customer identification logic and strengthens the fallback mechanisms for various KYC methods, reduced our verification TAT from 3-4 minutes to just 20 seconds and also helped to gain 6% improvement in our L0 metric.
  • Implemented fuzzy matching to address redundancy in KYC, resulting in a reduction of redundancy rate from 6% to 3%.

  • Improved payment experience by implementing informative failure messages and outage messages during downtimes. Additionally, launched features such as UPI intent flow, Direct OTP, Recurring Payments to provide a faster checkout experience.
  • Delivered a financial information services product with an AA (Account Aggregator) feature that assesses a customer's financial and socio-economic status.
