Mohammad Jaffar Arifi

- Develop and facilitate the implementation of Hub’s annual operational plan,

- Writing annual report both for government and Hub’s management team,

- Determine, plan, and implementing various capacity building training for staff and teachers,

- Assist in reviewing the Hub’s curriculum to ensure the quality of education and learning,

- Support staff and teachers with development and implementation of teaching plan and effective use of learning tools,

- Assist in developing and reviewing students’ handbook,

- Assist in reviewing and improving Hub’s management policies,

- Participating in student parents’ monthly meetings, and other duties as required.

- Data collection for 2016 survey of Capacity Assessment of Community Institutions,

- Supervising Project Associates and monitoring data collection process of Household Survey, Child Learning Assessment Survey, Teacher Survey, and Village Leader Survey,

- Interviewing MoE staff (District, Provincial and Ministry Levels),

- Data analysis of qualitative data in mid-2016,

- Data Management including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis of Community Institutions survey in early 2017,

- Writing different reports as required including data collection reports as well as Monthly and Quarterly Project reports,

- Drafting research brief and translating them into Dari/Persian.

- Literature Review, Data Collection and cooperating in writing reports,

- Checking photos from print and social media for repetitions,

- Ensuring that photos fall within the criteria set for “qualified photo”,

- Conducting manual coding of all photos using the coding sheets as well as captions,

- Verifying coding sheets vis-à-vis other team members’ coding sheets,

- Entering and Cleaning data into the SPSS template.

- Planning and coordination in the research project,

- Coordination and cooperation between staff and beneficiaries,

- Planning measurement and regulation about research,

- Preparing materials for training and the methods,

- Analyzing the data and making the report,

- Assistance for preparing, organizing, and conducting training,

- Coordinating with M&E team for making M&E tools and its implementing,

- Coordination and cooperation between government and organization.

- Assisting in providing questionnaires and facilitating focus group discussions,

- Detailed note-taking and writing report of field observations,

- Presenting findings in meetings and workshops,

- Interviewed elite people of government and non-governmental organizations,

- Cooperating in analyzing and writing the report.

- Communicate among club’s members including faculty staff, professors, and students,

- Consult and determine bi-weekly discussion agendas,

- Ensure club members are informed of dates and venue of discussion and other events.
