• Led the design and delivery of the Pricing Tool providing comprehensive price benchmarking against competitors, full control over the pricing lifecycle, built-in safeguards and alerting, and end-to-end analytics on price changes and their impact on GMV.
• Worked extensively in the Catalog domain, designing and implementing features such as omnibus pricing compliance, SMP (Store Management Plugin), and the SILI flow.

Kubernetes Auto-Management Platform

• Led the development of a highly distributed, microservices-based Kubernetes auto-management platform during the early adoption phase of Kubernetes
• Designed and built a core advisory SDK, enabling the rapid development of multiple advisory systems
• Architected and delivered the Node Advisor system, integrating with multiple cloud providers to analyze cluster resource usage and generate cost-optimized recommendations for node pool sizing and instance types, achieving up to 40% infrastructure cost savings for newly advised node pools
• Contributed to the design and operation of a data-intensive analytics pipeline, processing approximately 300 GB of data per day to analyze system metrics and deliver actionable operational insights.

Customer Loyalty Platform (Project Lead)
