WIG: Demurrage and detention reduction on imported materials Black Belt Team Member: Developing a sustainable & Effective Value Chain for Popularly Positioned Products White Belt Project Leader: 20% Reduction of office supply buying (1 Million PKR savings) White Belt Project Leader: Reduction in Bad Goods by 20% Synthesis of YBCO using the sintering technique was done using precise weight measurements of Yittrium oxide, Barium and Copper Oxide. Optimization; attaining superconductivity at higher critical temperature, was experimented with during the oxidation phase by varying the exposure time.
