• Creating awareness on different DE&I topics through monthly "Wall of Diversity" exhibitions: Afro Germans for the black History Month, Women in Science.
• Designing the "Diversity Talk" series to allow exchange on different DE&I topics: "Menstruation it the Workplace", "Gender Pay Gap", "The Five Dimensions of Racism".
• Promoting the different BRG´s initiatives present in Leverkusen.
• Co-organizing an online event (+100 attendees) to promote assignments as part of women's career development.
