I am a highly motivated and inspiring teacher who has been working with young adults for five years up to now. I view myself primarily as an instructor but more as someone who supports the students in their own progress, giving them the tools they need to create their own suitable learning environment. I motivate the students and focus on their abilities and resources instead of highlighting the deficits.

Very important to me is to adjust the learning methods to the individual needs of my students.
