The robot autonomously plans its path, avoids obstacles and detects human presence to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Battery Thermal Management Using Fins in PCM
Developed a thermal management solution for electric vehicle batteries to mitigate temperature rise during operation. This project involved the integration of a phase change material (PCM), specifically methyl-silylidine, around the battery pack, combined with a hexagonal fin structure to enhance heat dissipation. The PCM effectively absorbs heat by melting, thereby reducing the battery temperature. Conducted comprehensive simulations using ANSYS to validate the system's cooling efficiency and performance.
Study of manufacturing of steam Turbines and Compressors
Completed summer training at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), focusing on the manufacturing processes for steam turbines and compressors. Gained hands-on experience in the construction and operation of large hydraulic turbines used for power generation in dams. The training also included practical workshops on turbine blade assembly and an in-depth study of turbine and compressor systems.
