I am a highly motivated professional with over 10 years of experience in business management, environmental protection, and project administration. In Ukraine, I successfully established and managed a children's fashion retail franchise, overseeing strategic development, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, I have experience in environmental monitoring, including ensuring ecological safety at a nuclear power plant. Since moving to Germany, I have further integrated into the professional landscape and attained business-level proficiency in German (B2). My core competencies include project development and management, regulatory compliance, business strategy, and leadership. I am proactive in taking responsibility, solving complex problems creatively and efficiently, and quickly adapting to new challenges.
