diverse responsibilities around technical consultation, bringing
support to partners such as Internet Telephony Service
Providers and PBX vendors. Main tasks:

  • Working in continuous improvement of interoperability and
    integration of Snom phones.
  • Acting as Stakeholder for Feature Requests and Bug
    Fixes in Scrum Development Framework for Snom
    Redirection and Provisioning Service SRAPS.
  • Testing and reporting issues in Snom JIRA System for each
    new firmware release.

    ticketing platform on telephony, data and related
    applications.
