Whilst reporting to the CEO of AMEA ( Asia, Middle East & Africa), I have full P&L as well as sales responsibilities for all operations within Middle and Southern Africa , I therefore work closely with all key stakeholders to determine business needs and also continue to have close engagement with our Group Board Members abroad apart from ongoing working relationships with everyone ( without exception) at all levels because i believe people are the business
With a successful track record and established methodologies, i have so far managed to build robust sales structures to expand our presence in previously underserved countries whilst ensuring consistent achievement of business goals. This subsequently led to significant competitor retrofitting opportunities and continues to grow in leaps and bounds with strong focus on diversification whilst gaining traction in new market segments
As such, together with the team, I play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Wilo’s strategic growth plans with strong focus in leading the team to transition from a culture of permission to a culture of intent so as to drive incremental business growth thus triggering and instilling a psychological shift to increase ownership of tasks.
