  • Leading and developing the ICT user services and SOC Lite team (both locally in Slovenia and globally)
  • Ensuring stable, reliable, and secure operation of all ICT user services and customer applications (both on-premises and in the cloud).
  • Scope of ICT user services: Electronic workspace based on the Win10 platform with security applications.

  • Collaborating closely with local/global ICT support teams and global engineering teams.
  • Managing Service Desk, L1/L2/L3 Support, and User Services problem tickets.
  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with ICT security guidelines, approving security clearance requests.
  • Ensuring up-to-date documentation of user services and work processes.
  • Planning, establishing, and conducting training for knowledge sharing on user services and support.
