The purpose of this project is to reduce TAT and increase customer satisfaction through one-day processing of info and minimizing the loan cycle

Whistle blowing (Scope: Compliance)

The main objective of this project is to implement a form with a workflow that systematically handles reporting illegal practices while
protecting the reporter’s identity and keeping it anonymous while providing a secure mean of communication to report any unacceptable
behavior to encourage employees or any other stakeholders to escalate and report any incident or illegal behaviors. This form will follow the
same technical and functional constrains applied on the digital portal.
